Albert E. Murray, Jr., 37, entered into rest on June 23, 2022 in York at his home. Born on April 25, 1985 in York to Albert E. Murray Sr and the late Lisa Johnson Kendrick.
He attended Red Lion Sr. High School. He loved to write rap music and draw. He loved fishing and camping. Albert lived life to the fullest. Al was truly a strong minded young man. He was very independent even with all his disabilities, never wanted help from anyone. He will truly be missed by his family.
Albert leavest to cherish his memory, a son, Tay-Lee E. Murray Preap of N.C.; step-mom, Leesa Murray of York; step-dad, Cleve Kendrick of York; brothers, Andre Murray of York, Brandon Fauntleroy of Texas, Jordan Fauntleroy of California, Kyjuan Scales of York and Michael Adams of York; sisters, Kalisha Colbert and Brittney Adams; and a host of uncle's, aunt's, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clara Murray, Frank (Bill) Dearing Jr., and Linda Holland.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 6 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., 822 E. Market St, York. Pastor Adrian Boxley will be officaiting. A Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
