Concetta T. Selvaggi Horseman, 37, passed away August 7, 2026. She was the wife of Christopher Horseman. Born in Danville, PA on June 25, 1989, Concetta was the daughter of Genaro Selvaggi and the lateTheresa Franklin and the step daughter of Wendy Selvaggi.

Concetta was a devoted mother, wife and daughter. She was always willing to help anyone who needed her. She loved her children more than anything, they were her world. Concetta also had a special place in her heart for animals. She will be deeply missed by her family.

Concetta leaves to cherish her memory, in addition to her husband and parents, children, Shay'Lynn Palmer and Levi Horseman; siblings, Josephine Vermillion and Joseph Ford; sister in law, Danielle Horseman; brother in laws, Scott Horseman and Andrew Saar; mother in law, Yvonne Bosler; and numerous nieces and nephews that she cherished dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Theresa.
