Frances V. Tanner Feltenberger, 101, passed away May 11, 2026. She was the wife of the late Carl Feltenberger. Born in Rappahannock County, Virginia on January 17, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Grover Settle and Fanny Fox.

Frances was a devoted woman of faith who found comfort and joy reading her Bible. She enjoyed taking care of the flowers at her church. She loved baking for her family and friends and had a passion for sewing and cross stitching. Frances loved spending time with her family who will miss her dearly.

Frances leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Nancy Crone and husband Vincent and Catherine Potter; daughter in law Darlene Tanner; eight grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl and sons, Edward Tanner, Charles Tanner and David Tanner.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Assembly of God Church, 4115 Board Rd, Manchester, PA 17345. The service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Thomas Gilman and Pastor Linn Garman officiating. Burial will immediately follow at New Holland Cemetery.
