John H. Miller, 87, went to be with our dear Lord and Savior on March 4, 2023. He was the loving husband of the late Patricia (Heffner) Miller.
Born on September 18, 1935 in York, he was the son of the late Wilmer Miller and the late Mary Long. John worked at Caterpillar for 10 years and as a designer draftsman for 40 years at BorgWarner. His love in life was his family, his bridge game, and his Birdies. He was a faithful Christian.
John's family and friends will cherish his memory. His children are the late James Miller, Sr., Johnna Innerst, the late Joleen Brown, and Joy (Miller) Sims. His grandchildren are Richard, James, Jennifer, Amber, Tiffany, Heather, Jessica, Russel, and Brandon. He was extremely proud to have 17 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 4 p.m. at Friendship Community Church, 3380 Fox Run Rd, Dover Pa. Pastor Ben will be officiating. A viewing will be held from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
