Lorraine Anna Carter, 94, passed away peacefully at Cross Keys Brethren Village June 17, 2026. Born October 16, 1931 in York, PA, she was the daughter of the late Austin Leroy and Helen Livingston. Lorraine was the loving wife of the late Donald H. Carter, Sr.

Lorraine leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Donald Carter, Jr. and wife Beverly, Larry Carter and wife Linda, and Penny Carter; and grandson, Zachary Carter. She was preceded in death by
her son Ricky Carter.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Mount Rose Cemetery. Please meet inside the gates at 10:45 a.m.
