Nancy Lee Farmer, age 82, of Seven Valleys, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2025, at WellSpan York Hospital. Born in Railroad, PA on November 17, 1942, she was one of two children of the late Harry W. Jones and Hazel L. (Heindel) Jones, sister to Barry L. Jones and his wife Barbara.

Nancy graduated from Susquehannock High School in 1960. She was the wife of Steve T. Farmer to whom she was married for 63 years. She worked for Mailman’s Department Store and The BonTon and retired from York Hospital as a unit secretary in the heart cath lab. She was a member of New Hope Fissel’s United Church Of Christ in Glen Rock, PA.

Nancy was a loving homemaker who enjoyed cooking and canning fruit and vegetables. Some of her favorite activities included coloring, bingo, and playing cards and games with her friends and family.

Nancy is survived by her husband Steve and two children: son, Trent and daughter, Tracy. She is also survived by her grandson, Evan Holloway and his spouse, Trinity and two great-grandchildren, Noah and Nora.
