Laura A. Muldrow

Laura A. Muldrow, 62, was ushered into heaven on the wings of angels Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at York Hospital.  She was the wife of Matthew Muldrow with whom she shared over 30 years of marriage.  Born on June 22, 1956, she was the daughter of Noreen V. Murray and the late Clarence R. Murray.  She was employed by Right At Home.

 

 Laura leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Matthew; mother, Noreen; brother, Luther F. Murray (Jamie); sister, Sharon D. King; uncle, Rufus Murray; aunt, Edith Dorsey; "special mother", Grace Teal; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins-in-law and friends.  She was preceded in death by her loved ones, father, Clarence Robert Murray; siblings, Clarence Robert Day, Clarence Robert Murray, Jr., Neile Murray; grandparents, James Dorsey, Minnie Reid and step grandfather, Fredrick Reid; and uncles, William Dorsey and James Wright.

 

Laura, who liked to be called Aunt Lou, loved to fish and go camping with her husband Wilson and family.  Laura loved being around her nieces and nephews, and making pizza with them.  She loved her dog, Heidi, who was like her daughter.  Laura did anything for whoever needed help. 

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Unity Church of God In Christ, 121 Ridge Avenue, York, Pa 17403.  Pastor Darnell Bowman will be officiating.  A repass at the church will immediately follow the service.
