Susan A. Heilman

Susan A. Heilman, 59, of York, passed away September 20, 2018. She was the wife of Jeffrey L. Heilman. Born on April 28, 1959 in York, Pa, she was the daughter of Robert Glatfelter and Lucinda (Trone) Shaffer.

 

Susan was a stay at home mom and loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. She was an animal lover and had many different pets. Susan enjoyed knitting and crocheting and had an amazing green thumb with her gardening.
 

Susan leaves to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents and husband, a daughter, Alicia Cohick and husband Alex; two sons, Adam Heilman and wife Christine and Aaron Heilman; three grandchildren, Sylvana, Xander and Emmalyn; four brothers, Dave Glatfelter, Danny Glatfelter, Tom Glatfelter and Mark Glatfelter; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ted Glatfelter and Matthew Shaffer.
 

A memorial service will be held on September 28, 2018 at the Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., 822 E. Market Street, York, Pa 17403. The visitation will be from 12 noon - 1:00 p.m. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m.
