Thomas J. Sutherland

Thomas J. Sutherland, 60, of Glen Rock, passed away October 27, 2018.  He was the loving husband of Havilah (Smith) Sutherland.  Born in Brooklyn, New York on April 13, 1958, he was the son of the late Gerard and Jean (Arias) Sutherland. Thomas proudly served our country in the Navy from 1975-1983.  He was a loving family member and a devoted church member.  
 

Thomas leaves to cherish his memory, in addition to his wife, Havilah, daughters, Geri, proceeded in death by Siobhan; three sisters, Cynthia Burkey, Barbra Beck and Jeanne Nelson; a brother, Donald Sutherland; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
 

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 11 a.m. - 12 noon at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2100 Hollywood Drive, York, Pa 17403.  The service will begin at 12 noon with Bishop Michael Abramson officiating.
